I tried to re-run a Markduplicates. Both runs gave me same error. /usr/local/bin/picard: line 5: warning: setlocale: LC\_ALL: cannot change locale (en\_US.UTF-8): No such file or directory Picked up \_JAVA\_OPTIONS: -Xmx12G -Xms1G Jul 05, 2024 4:16:46 AM com.intel.gkl.NativeLibraryLoader load INFO: Loading libgkl\_compression.so from jar:file:/usr/local/share/picard-3.1.1-0/picard.jar!/com/intel/gkl/native/libgkl\_compression.so How am i suppose to do? 😭 ---

Where you are working. URL please or describe if other 2. More details about the inputs and settings.
