# MaSigPro fatal error

I get this error when running MaSigPro:

Error in FUN(newX[, i], …) : invalid ‘type’ (character) of argument  
Calls: maSigPro → p.vector → apply

I used featurecounts inputs, have 4 time points, 4 conditions, and 3 replicates per sample.
