what does this Error means ? Im used Masigpro for DEG in time points. P.s i dont understand what is experimental design mean and what should i put for it

I used limmavoom-filtered counts.
Use freaturecount or htseq count. and then put every timeseries in separate Factor, Remember to choose “data source” to featurecount or htseqcount mode.

I switched to using R instead of Galaxy.
I was trying to avoid R but I’m getting to that point too. Thanks!
