McMicro Tissues w/ exemplar-001 test problem: ImageJ command not found

New remote galaxy server running on ubuntu 22.04 GCE. Trying to get McMicro Tissue workflow to run on exemplar-001. Made list of the three ome.tiff files, workflow failed at step 4 BaSic Illumination with error “ImageJ: command not found”. This is a test server with standard google ubuntu OS, without graphics accelerators; GCE was installed normally by downloading and ./run.sh. There is no imagej package installed (“apt list --installed | grep -i imagej” comes up empty) Shouldn’t the galaxy install or tools install provide the needed components?

I have the following tools installed – older versions as referenced in the McMicro *.ga files:

basic_illumination 1.0.2.3
ASHLAR 1.13.0.6
coreograph 2.2.0.3
unmicst 3.1.1.1
s3segmenter 1.2.1.3
quantification 1.3.1.5
naivestates 1.6.1.3
