# metaphlan 2 does not recognise any locally cached metaphlan clade-specific marker genes

Hi @abigailb

We are tracking the issue in this topic [Error in Locally Cached for MetaPhlAn2 and HUMAnN2 - #2 by jennaj](https://help.galaxyproject.org/t/error-in-locally-cached-for-metaphlan2-and-humann2/11275/2). I’m going to consolidate your post with that one.

For immediate use, you could consider working at a different public server. Check for which under the “Available at these Galaxies” pull-down at the top of the tutorial.
