Welcome, @Imran_Noorani

We have a really comprehensive post about using the **gnomAD** reference data at a UseGalaxy server. Try at [UseGalaxy.eu](http://UseGalaxy.eu) since they can handle data of this size best.

- [download gnomad vcf.bgz.tbi dataset into galaxy](https://help.galaxyproject.org/t/download-gnomad-vcf-bgz-tbi-dataset-into-galaxy/2828)

If you are not sure how to work with VCF data, please see our tutorials here for some examples, guides, and workflow templates!

- Tutorials, main topic → [Variant Analysis / Tutorial List](https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/topics/variant-analysis/)
- Query for all by keyword → [GTN Materials Search](https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/search2?query=variant) (query=variant)

Hope this helps! 🙂
