I have been trying to filter a matrix using seurat, but I keep getting the same error, no matter what paramaters I change.
The error reads as follows:

Error in plot.new() : figure margins too large
Calls: render … eval -> eval -> -> SingleImageMap -> plot.new
Warning message:
Removed 3 rows containing missing values (geom_point).
