# MultiQC does not recognize raw data (txt) from FastQC when in a collection

My FASTQC raw data (collection of paired-end reads) does not appear in the dropdown menu of MultiQC when I select multiple datasets or dataset collection, I have tried it with version but no avail  
Please help

Try flatten collection as explained here [MultiQC not working correctly](https://help.galaxyproject.org/t/multiqc-not-working-correctly/7386)
