Hello @Rahul_Shelke New wrapped tool requests can be made to the [IUC](https://galaxy-iuc-standards.readthedocs.io/) by creating a ticket here: [GitHub - galaxyproject/tools-iuc: Tool Shed repositories maintained by the Intergalactic Utilities Commission](https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/) Or, you can vet the request first at their Matrix channel here. Someone may already be working on wrapping this tool, or a related tool: [https://matrix.to/#/#galaxy-iuc\_iuc:gitter.im](https://matrix.to/#/#galaxy-iuc_iuc:gitter.im) (_edit 2025-10-15_) Existing wrapped tools can be searched for at the ToolShed [https://usegalaxy.org](https://usegalaxy.org). You can check to see which servers have any of these tools installed already by reviewing/searching the tool panel of that server (keyword: “assembly” will almost always work best).
