# Not able to process software

i am not able to use galaxy software i dont know why

1. Are you working at a public Galaxy server? Which one? Capture the URL at the top of your browser window and paste it back in a reply.
2. Is there a problem with your account? Is it new or older? You can explain and include screenshots. Do not post your password!
3. Did you get an error with a tool? If so, you can share what that was and we can help to troubleshoot it. A shared history link will allow us give exact advice! But we can start with other details if you want – what to share is below.
