# NOVOplasty new version

Hello,

I use NOVOplasty for mitogenome assembly. For one assembly I need the option " Reduce ambiguous N’s " and it’s available with the version 4.3.3

Is it possible to add the version please ???

Hi Jennaj,

On GitHub, the issue has been successfully closed; unfortunately, on galaxy, I can’t see version 4.3.5 of NOVOplasty.

Should I wait a little while?

@M_gras Novoplasty was successfully updated and merged. [Update tools/novoplasty to 4.3.5 by SaimMomin12 · Pull Request #8352 · galaxyproject/tools-iuc · GitHub](https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/pull/8352)

The updated tool should become available on Galaxy Europe over the weekend, when the CI automatically picks up and deploys the changes.

If you don’t see the updated version by Monday, please feel free to write back to us.
