Hi All, After finally [made it works](https://help.galaxyproject.org/t/trinotate-sqlite-boilerplate-unavailable-on-usegalaxy-eu/15953), during the building of the Trinotate SQL Boilerplate, I found that one of the data sources is [NOG annotations](http://eggnog45.embl.de/download/eggnog_4.5/data/NOG/NOG.annotations.tsv.gz) taken from [eggNOG4.5](http://eggnog45.embl.de/). We know that current version of eggNOG is [eggNOG 6](http://eggnog6.embl.de/). However, I found that eggNOG 6 possess [data organization](http://eggnog6.embl.de/download/eggnog_6.0/) that is different than eggNOG 4.5 data, and I can’t find NOG annotations. Maybe anyone knows on how to obtain NOG annotations in similar format as in eggNOG 4.5 from eggNOG 6? Gratefully, Malik ---

The primary index keys are different, so that makes the conversion complicated. I don’t know of anyone who has done that in the Galaxy ecosystem, and I didn’t find anything with a broader Github search, however maybe someone will see or find this post later and have some ideas. But, I think you’ll probably need to do this yourself. ---
