# Pavian Visualization Tool: Job Info remains "stopped"

Hello, question,

I am working on taxonomic profling using Kraken2. I have been able to generate the kraken2 reports on my samples. However, when I try to visualize them using the interactive tool Pavian Visualization, the job does not start and remains on “stopped”. The data blocks under history remain gray for several hours. I’ve been using the Kraken2 reports. Do these files need to be converted to another format for the pavian tool? How can I get this job to run? Thanks for any help.

which Galaxy server are you using?  
I could start Pavian on the [usegalaxy.eu](http://usegalaxy.eu) server.
