I use PiPmiR to predict miRNAs, my data is more than 200M, it has been running for four days, but now it is still running, I want to konw whether that’s normal ？ what is the solution?
Another problem is that in my previous run, it frequently failed to indicate that my data set was in trouble, but I think my data set is not error，my input file is a .Bam file.I don’t know what I did wrong.What can I do to fix this?
