Problem with data and result downloaded files in zip format

i complete my QC report on galaxy, downloaded data in zip format file on windows.
when i tried to extract data from this zip file it creating problem and showing some error ( 0x80004005) type error

I searched for the error. It seems it appear on password protected files. Check your privacy settings on Galaxy in User (the top Galaxy menu) > Preferences. By any chance, have you made your data private?
