I am comparing the Delta Spike Protein to the Wuhan Spike Protein. I went through the alignment and MSA viewer successfully. Many of the articles and publications list the mutations as T478K, L452R, D950N, etc. I can’t find any tools that produce this format. Any help or suggestions is most appreciated.
