Which version of the SILVA database is compatible with qiime2 version 2024.10? where can I found it?

Hi @EliCas1

Can you explain a bit more about what you want to clarify? Maybe a screenshot along with the URL of the public server you are working at? Thanks! 🙂

SILVA 138 is compatible with Qiime2, and other versions may be too.

You can get the raw SILVA database files compatible with Qiime2 here:

> **[Data resources — QIIME 2 2024.10.1 documentation](https://docs.qiime2.org/2024.10/data-resources/)**

For taxonomy classification with SLK, we also provide these!

> **[QIIME 2 Resources](https://resources.qiime2.org/)**
>
> A site hosting QIIME 2 resources separate from the docs so we can update the resources without rebuilding the docs.

Let me know if that’s what you had in mind!
