I want to use Kallisto for pseudo alignment, I need a reference transcriptome (homosapien), there is no option available in the tool.
where can I find it?

In which galaxy instance are you working? You can finde reference transcriptomes on usegalaxy.eu. It seems they are not supported on usegalaxy.org. So if you are working on .org, then you can download your reference transcriptome, e.g., from UCSC, GENCODE, or Ensembl.
