# Relocate Dataset from or to permanent storage and 30-day storage

This is just to provide help to anybody that needs to relocate a dataset to a different storage drive. This feature is very convenient. Going to the Dataset Information, in the Dataset Storage section there is a button called “Relocate Dataset”. Selecting there the right drive you can move a dataset. Just that.
