I’m trying to upload a large GTF file of 1.5G which is actually a combination of two smaller GTF files (lets call them file A and file B) which can be seperately uploaded without problems but the combined file is too large. I want to use this file in htseq-count. I was wondering if it is possible to get the same results as the combined file by running htseq count seperately for file A and file B and if not, if it is possible in another way to upload my large file to htseq count.
