These tools do not seem to be wrapped for use in Galaxy so somebody needs to do the work before they can be installed in a Galaxy instance. I’d also recommend creating an issue in the IUC repository ([Issues · galaxyproject/tools-iuc · GitHub](https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/issues)) – somebody might have already started on the wrapping and you can get other feedback too.
