Hello, I’m new to [galaxy.org](http://galaxy.org) and was wondering if it’s common that the files are waiting to run (i.e., grey) for more than 12 hours? Everything went so fast in the beginning so I just got confused now, if I did something wrong or not. ---

Welcome @karolinabs Thank you for reporting the issue! The [UseGalaxy.org](http://UseGalaxy.org) had a technical problem, and we are working to resolve it right now. We’ve put a notice up for all users to explain what is going on. We’ll post updates back to this topic. **Update February 28 2025** All issues should be resolved, but please let us know about anything outstanding and we would be happy to take a closer look. Just a slight update - we are still encountering some slowness with processing certain types of jobs, most notably file and URL uploads. We have identified some additional issues that weren’t caught last week and believe they are fixed, but it will take some time to clear the backlog. Apologies for the inconvenience. ---
