Hello,

I accidentally deleted my [UseGalaxy.org](http://UseGalaxy.org) account while trying to clean up my previous histories due to a storage quota issue.

Now, when I try to log in, I receive the following message:

“This account has been marked deleted, contact your local Galaxy administrator to restore the account.”

I have already contacted [galaxy-bugs@galaxyproject.org](mailto:galaxy-bugs@galaxyproject.org), but I haven’t received a response yet.

Could someone please help me contact an administrator who can restore my account?

I need access to Galaxy to continue a bioinformatics practical for my Master’s degree.

Thank you very much for your help!

Hi Jenn!

Thank you so much for your reply and for taking the time to look into this. I really appreciate your help!

I’m currently working on a bioinformatics practical for my Master’s degree in Human Precision Genomics, so I would be very grateful if the account could be restored as soon as possible, as I need Galaxy to complete my coursework.

Thank you again for your help and for all the work you and the Galaxy team do. I really appreciate it!

Best regards,
Cristina

This is now done, please try logging in and let me know via email (reply to mine) if there are any problems or if you have questions about getting the new account set up for your projects. General questions as you work are welcomed here at the forum. 🚀

Remember that you have an extra 1 Tb of working space! This topic from a few days ago has a short outline for recommendations to reorganize work that is going over the default quota. Maybe helps?
