Hello,

I have fastq files which I have already trimmed and added reference geome as hg38. Then I have tried to map paired ended trimmed files by using RNA STAR tool. I have selected built-in reference genome option \< then selected Reference genome with builtin gene-model \< but under select reference genome I am not getting any option. Could you please help me with this issue? Thank you.
