RNA star problem

Hello;
I am new here so if I am writing in the wrong place sorry for the inconvenience
I had to data set the first one was successfully finished but in the second case (which exactly same with the first one) RNA star is not starting the process that I have set over 30 hr ago.

Can someone give me advice?

The only solution I have found is using another galaxy server for RNA star.

If someone issued the same problem and looking this post

I suggest that way (Create another account in different server and run the program)
