Hi all. New to Galaxy and have been using RNA STAR for mapping 6 samples. 5/6 samples mapped with no errors, giving logs, splice junction and mapped files.
I’ve inputed the samples via the server and the cloud; and also uploaded a specific reference genome using Ensembl. Fastqc and Multiqc functioned fine across all 6 samples using galaxy.
However, 1 sample is not processing using RNA STAR, including on re-running the job and checking the input parameters.
The job is returning: Tool Standard Error (33, “HTTP server doesn’t seem to support byte ranges. Cannot resume.”)

Would massively appreciate some help.
