How to filter cells with mt.percentage \> 5%  
I cannot find a function like ```  
pbmc[[“percent.mt”]] ← PercentageFeatureSet(pbmc, pattern = “^MT-”)

```in

```

Hello.  
You can use “[Seurat Create](https://usegalaxy.eu/?tool_id=toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu%2Frepos%2Fiuc%2Fseurat_create%2Fseurat_create%2F5.0%2Bgalaxy1&version=latest)” tool.  
From `Method used` choose “Filter cells by QC metrics” and then set threshold for “Minimum percent.mt” or "Maximum percent.mt ".
