# Seurat Read10x\_Not able to choose "barcodes.tsv.gz" or "barcode.tsv" for Barcode/cell table papameter,

For Barcode/cell table papameter, I am not able to choose “barcodes.tsv.gz” or “barcode.tsv”. Alternatively “features.tsv.gz” is automatically chosen and no other choice available.

Hi @chan_Osamu Welcome to GalaxyHelp!!

Please check the format of barcodes.tsv is `tabular` or `tsv`. Otherwise, please click on the pencil icon to assign the datatype as tabular.

Btw, we have the latest version of Seurat (5.x) on Galaxy now! Please use those tools instead.
