Hello Galaxy team,

I’m preparing to publish SPICE to the Main Galaxy Tool Shed.

My email address appears to be associated with an existing Main Tool Shed account, but I cannot log in. The password-reset option is not visible, and the older `/user/reset_password` endpoint returns a 404.

Could an administrator help me recover the account and determine its associated username?

We have already published and successfully validated SPICE on the Test Tool Shed under `diazlab/spice_lineage`. Ideally, we’d like to maintain the same publisher username on Main.

Thank you!

Welcome @diazlab

I’ve asked for input from the developers. They will be getting back to us here. How the accounts work changed a bit and they can guide us.
