TGS-GapCloser Node mount error

Hi,

I am using TGS-Gapcloser to try and close the gaps in an assembly, providing fasta for hifi long reads. I am using galaxy. It does not work. The error message is as follows: FATAL: While checking container encryption: could not open image /cvmfs/singularity.galaxyproject.org/all/mulled-v2-2a3b5b3c2bcd97c8c7bd41348705169e11821093:c50bad14ee8d3750292f61f2ef0dc1e6b55cffcf-1: failed to retrieve path for /cvmfs/singularity.galaxyproject.org/all/mulled-v2-2a3b5b3c2bcd97c8c7bd41348705169e11821093:c50bad14ee8d3750292f61f2ef0dc1e6b55cffcf-1: lstat /cvmfs/singularity.galaxyproject.org: no such file or directory

This happened three times already. I am being told this is something that is likely to be due to some internal Galaxy issues I can not fix.

Could you help?

Many thanks

Rui

Unfortunately, we have a recurring issue with mounting tool environments on Galaxy Europe atm, so, yes, this is an internal issue with our server’s infrastructure.

Your best option is to submit a regular bug report, which will alert our admins that the problem surfaced again. They can fix it manually then, but are also working on a permanent solution.

Thanks for the report (and please go for the bug report if you’re still currently seeing this),

Wolfgang

Thank you, will do!
