# Tool error: Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job

Hello,

currently I am writing my bachelor thesis and because of this I am a bioinformatics greenhorn …  
I have tried to run Screen.seqs twice at [usegalaxy.org](http://usegalaxy.org) and the following error appears:  
“Tool error: Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job”  
It also says: “TERM enviroment variable not set”

I have read that something with my data could be wrong. But the previous steps did go well, so I have no idea what could be the problem with my data (I have uploaded fastq.bz2 files and created a collection of paired datasets as described in the tutorial 16S Microbial Analysis with mothur).
