# Tool installation stuck at "Cloning"

Hello,  
I tried to install some tools to my Galaxy instance from the “admin” page, but found all of them stuck on “cloning”. And there is no error in the “error log” page. Does anyone have a clue on it? I am using Galaxy 20.09 on GVL 5.0 beta 5.

When installing tools on the GVL, you must use the following values under the advanced settings during tool installation. Otherwise, the installation will not work correctly as you’ve seen.
