# Tool migration from Galaxy v15.10 to Galaxy v20.01 is not working mtbrowse.xml

During tools xml file migration from Galaxy v15.10 to Galaxy v20.01The error is  
“The remote data source application may be off line, please try again later. Error: \<urlopen error [Errno -2] Name or service not known\>”

How can we resolve this issue?

Please help!
