i am trying to do a simple tutorial to learn how to use galaxy but after i send the query to galaxy, nothing happens - no yellow/green. is there a usual time frame/estimate for this?

We are currently having issues with running jobs, we are working on a resolution. Sorry for the inconvenience.
edit: I think the problem has been fixed, the jobs will start running shortly.
