# Unable to generate or download MultiQC html reports -- Solution: Scheduled downtime details

Hey,

I found that I could not download the MultiQC HTML in general. it gave me errors like the following:

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot?

Two of us are having similar problems! Following this thread as well in case anyone has a solution.
