# Unable to reset password -- Contact the Private Galaxy server administrators for help

Hello, I can’t reset my password (I’m using [http://pedagogix-tagc.univ-mrs.fr/galaxy/](http://pedagogix-tagc.univ-mrs.fr/galaxy/)), i tried but i never received the mail to reset it (it’s the righ adress). How can i reset it?

Hi @Drgvicm & @Nadine_B

This looks like a private Galaxy server internal to your university.

You’ll need to contact the administrators of the server to find out what can be done. No information is available unless one has an account, so we can’t help you with who to contact here. Maybe try contacting whoever originally granted you access?
