I was trying to follow the training 101 “Reference-based RNA-Seq data analysis” and was up to the step of using RNA STAR, however, I was stuck at this process as Galaxy Australia wouldn’t run this job for me and the status always stays at, this task is waiting to be processed and eventually says the server is out of reach. Could someone help me, please?
