I canโ€™t upload anything to [usegalaxy.org](http://usegalaxy.org) either by upload or transfer ---

Hi @Jon_Colman Are you still having a problem? Or were you able to get this working? You can share more about how you are loading data (URL, local file browsing, one of the other methods), and to which server (the URL at the top), and maybe share the datatype as well since that might matter. In general, it is best to let Galaxy detect the datatype. And if the connection is interrupted, you can resume. Having problems uploading to [usegalaxy.org](http://usegalaxy.org), I have tried file transfer and direct upload. They are relatively small files 150mb. They do show up in the directory, but do not process, only stays in Waiting to Run status. ---

Iโ€™m not able to reproduce this. **Update2: We corrected the issue and the backlog is now processing.** **What to do:** 1. Allow the currently queued data to process. 2. A few might fail if they were uploaded from the desktop (broken connections, etc) and those can just be restarted. * * * Update: We found the problem. More soon once corrected! * * * Thanks for posting, I see the issue in your account and was able to reproduce it in one of my accounts. We are investigating. Thanks for the followup! ---
