# Use of Apollo in Galaxy | Europe

Hi @Luciano_K_Silva, the apollo integration is quite new. We are currently working on the requisite training material. If you’re looking to get started, you need to produce a JBrowse instance in Galaxy with your genome, and then you can use the `Create or update organism` tool to send that data to apollo.
