Hi everyone,
I was running vcftotsv today and it worked perfectly the entire time. Now I was running the exact same file with vcftotsv again (rerun the job) and this error comes up: “vcf2tsv: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/local/tools/_conda/envs/__vcflib@1.0.0_rc1/bin/…/lib/libz.so.1: file too short”
I am kind of desperate right now because I am in the middle of running all my data with my workflow.
I would be very glad for help!
