Hi all,
is there a way to open and visualize a pdb model directly in Galaxy?
As far as I know the only way is to build a custom chart?

At least NGL (https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/pull/3601) and https://biasmv.github.io/pv/ are available in Galaxy already.
