I attempted to generate a volcano plot using a tabular file produced by “Annotate DESeq2/DEXSeq output tables,” and the tool gave me this error message. Earlier today, I had generated volcano plots from unannotated DESeq2 result files just fine, so I find this really strange. Any help would be appreciated.

This looks like the cluster node failed to build the job environment. Please try a rerun to see if that is enough and let us know if you need more help! You could share back the technical details for the job (URL to this job details view with the logs would be enough).

It turns out that we were able to correct the dependencies for this tool, but then another version was just released, and that new one has the problem instead! Whew. We’ll sort this out.

I just updated the ticket and completed my testing a few hours ago but please let us know if you can also get this to actually work.
