Greetings,

I am trying to upload my dataset for LefSe and I keep getting the following error. I have tried troubleshooting many times but still it is not moving forward. Can anyone provide any suggestions?

I am working on the Galaxy Module for the LefSe Analysis. After uploading my files on this server, I keep getting the above mentioned error. I have tried checking the formatting of the file via Notepad ++, tried my level best in double checking the format, still I am not getting through the process.

Hi @Ayushi_Bhagat

If you are working at this server below, there is another forum that is a better place to learn about both of your possible situations: problems with the server itself or problems with how your specific work is being done.

Does this look right? Or are you working somewhere else? Where?
