Hi @Ezhil_Arasi

That public server is run by a lab that hosts their own dedicated help forum. Try checking there instead for updates. I see a few topics that seem related to the current issue: [The bioBakery help forum](https://forum.biobakery.org/latest)

Update: this seems to be the primary post to follow for updates: [No access to online LefSe - #5 by Kelsey\_Thompson - LEfSe - The bioBakery help forum](https://forum.biobakery.org/t/no-access-to-online-lefse/6038/5)

> Welcome, @Xueqian_Yin When working at that server, you should use the resources they host to ask questions, especially for errors that seem to be server side. I just checked again and they do have a dedicated forum. The link is on the server’s homepage. I needed to copy and paste it into a new browser window to get the connection correct. Maybe try that way too? Or, just go here: [https://forum.biobakery.org/](https://forum.biobakery.org/)

For anyone having problems at that server, this is where to ask your question. They host unique versions of this tool and you’ll find resources and discussion at their dedicated forum. 🧑‍🔬
