# Why my jobs are being queued for more than 24 hours and still waiting

Hi I submitted a job more than 24 hours ago, and it is still waiting in a queue.

I find it a bit unusual .

How could I reach out the admin for help ?

Jobs queues are expected! There are more details in topics with → #queued-gray-datasets. Sort by the most recent to see if anyone else is reporting a problem at the server.

If the situation seems new, you are welcome to share a few more details, and we can look into this closer! We can help to make sure your jobs are actually queued and that the server is OK technically.

**History/details**
