I am running the latest docker `bgruening/galaxy-stable`.
I logged in as `admin`, and installed msconvert (version: **toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/galaxyp/msconvert/msconvert/3.0.20287.2** ).
The host OS is Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS.

When I ran this tool, I got the error message:

```
/export/galaxy-central/database/job_working_directory/000/5/tool_script.sh: line 9: wine64: command not found
```

Below is the screenshot.

How can I run `msconvert` tool in the Galaxy Docker?

That one is tricky. This specific tool needs to run itself in Docker and this is problematic and not set up in the standard configuration. You need to configure an external job scheduling for example. Can you do this one step on [https://usegalaxy.eu](https://usegalaxy.eu) for example?
