Hi, it is my first time working with TXSScan, how can I identify the strain from which I got hits on my screening. Example: I got two hits for: mydata_T3SS_16 and mydata_T3SS_17.

Hi @michelle_maclellan I don’t see TXSScan In Europe, Galaxy Australia and the ORG server. I cannot find it in the Galaxy tool shed, either, What Galaxy do you use? Maybe contact TXSScan developers. Kind regards, Igor
