Would you like to explain more? It seems you have identified either a query or a target that is extending the runtime, or the queue time, or both? The server where you are working at might be a factor too.
In general, this is how analysis jobs process at the UseGalaxy servers. The runtime (“yellow” dataset) is the same as anywhere else give the same cluster details, inputs, and tool choice/parameters.
