When I try to connect to ftp.usegalaxy.eu host via filezilla, it gives me an error: connection closed by server, could not connect to server. I have tried multiple ways, I even tried using winscp instead of filezilla but I still receive the same error. Could anybody help me?

Galaxy Europe’s FTP server is now functioning again. It is generally supposed to, but was affected by the server maintenance on Wednesday and needed a manual restart afterwards.
