Hi! I am a final year PhD student at MMU. I work generating induced pluripotent stem cells and neural stem cells (NSC) from familial Alzheimers disease (FAD) patient cells. I recently completed an RNA sequencing experiment comparing FAD NSC with controls and am currently working through analysis of this data (hopefully with help from more knowledgeable Galaxy users!).
